Method
Step 1
Melt the Vitabite in a heatproof dish over a pan of boiling water.
Step 2
Place the ProZero into a separate pan over a medium heat and add the melted Vitabite.
Step 3
Stir to combine.
Step 4
Bring the mixture to the boil and pour into a glass.
Step 5
Add the marshmallows and the whipped ‘cream’ on the top.
Top Tip:
Add some grated Vitabite to the top for an extra sweet kick!
ProZero and Vitabite are foods for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision.
Ingredients
- 4 x 25g Vitabite bars, broken into chunks
- 250ml ProZero
- 20g Freedom mallows marshmallows
- 1 tbsp ProZero Whipped ‘Cream’ (see recipe)
