Place the warm water, psyllium husk, dried yeast, garlic puree, mixed herbs and olive oil in a bowl, stir and leave to stand for 5 minutes until thickened.
Add the wet ingredients to the Fate low protein all-purpose mix and knead until a dough has formed.
Cover the bowl in cling film and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Pre-heat the over 180oC Fan/ 200oC/ gas mark 6.
Divide the dough into two.
Place each piece of the dough onto greaseproof paper and roll into a rectangle 22cm x 15cm.
Slice each rectangle from one corner to the opposite corner making four triangles.
Top each triangle with passata, grated Violife and basil.
Tightly roll from the longest side to the point end and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
