Peaches and 'Cream'

Method
Step 1
Add 170ml of ProZero and butter in a pan and bring to the boil.
Step 2
Add remaining 30ml of ProZero into a small bowl. Add in cornflour and mix into a paste.
Step 3
Add remaining 30ml of ProZero into a small bowl. Add in cornflour and mix into a paste.
Step 4
Mash peach with a fork until almost smooth.
Step 5
Serve with ProZero cream.**
