                  Welsh Rarebit

          Step 1
                  
        Preheat a grill to a high setting.
          Step 2
                  
        In a small bowl mix the cheese, onion, Mevalia Bread Mix and black pepper until combined. Add the butter Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mix well.
          Step 3
                  
        Toast one side of the Mevalia Pane Casereccio under the grill
          Step 4
                  
        Evenly spread the mixture on top of the untoasted side.
          Step 5
                  
        Place low under the grill, cooking for 4-5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
          Ingredients
        
        - 4 slices Mevalia pan casericco
 - 200g Violife grated cheddar cheese
 - 2 tsp Worcester sauce
 - 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
 - 1 tsp Mevalia bread mix
 - Pinch of black pepper
 - 1 small red onion, diced
 - 1 tbsp Butter
