Sweet Potato Wedges

Method
step 1
Preheat the oven at 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Cut the sweet potato into wedges.

In a bowl, toss the wedges with remaining ingredients.

Bake on a baking tray for 15-20 mins or until golden.
