St. Patrick's Day Fruit Skewers
- RECIPE MAKES: 4 skewers
- COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Method
Step 1
Add the fruit to the skewer.
Step 2
Melt Vitabite in a heatproof bowl above a pan of boiling water.
Step 3
Drizzle melted Vitabite over the fruit skewers then serve.
Vitabite is a food for special medical purposes and must only be used under medical supervision.
Ingredients
- 1 Green apple, chopped into 2cm cubes
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 Galia or Honeydew melon, peeled and chopped into 2 cm cubes
- 10 Green grapes
- 2 Vitabite bars
