Slow Cooker Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry

Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.
Step 2
Cook on medium for 6 hours or 8 hours on low.

- 150g Butternut squash, chopped into 2cm chunks
