Method
Step 1
Place the ProZero, butter and cornflour into a saucepan.
Step 2
Heat gently and stir constantly with a wooden spoon or balloon whisk, until simmering. The sauce will be smooth and thickened.
Step 3
Add the vegetable stock cube and seasoning.
Step 4
Stir until the stock cube is dissolved.
ProZero is a food for special medical purposes and must only be used under strict medical supervision.

- 25g Butter
- 15g Cornflour
- ½ Permitted vegetable stock cube
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
