Raita

This low protein raita makes a lovely side on a curry. This Raita recipe is exchange free and ideal for those on a low protein diet.

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Top Tip:
Serve with a low protein curry or as a dip with a low protein naan.

  • 200g ProZero Whipping Cream (see recipe)
  • 50g Koko dairy free original plain yogurt alternative
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 4g Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4g Fresh mint, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 50g Cucumber, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
