Party Sandwiches

Method
step 1
Cut 8 slices from the loaf. Cut out the middle of each slice with a cutter of your choice ensuring 2 of each shape are cut out.
step 2
Butter one side of each shape.
step 3
Add sandwich filling of your choice.

- 20g Butter, softened
- Filling Ideas
- ‘Cheese’ and Pickle (2 sandwiches):
- 2 Slices of Violife original
- 2 tbsp of pickle/chutney
- Curried Coleslaw (2 sandwiches):
- 30g Red cabbage, finely grated
- 30g Carrot finely, grated
- 10g Sultanas, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp Salad cream
- 1 tsp Mango chutney
- ¼ tsp Curry powder (optional)
