Party Sandwiches

  • RECIPE MAKES: 4 sandwiches
  • PREP TIME: 20 minutes

Cut 8 slices from the loaf. Cut out the middle of each slice with a cutter of your choice ensuring 2 of each shape are cut out.

Butter one side of each shape.

  • 2 tbsp of pickle/chutney
  • Curried Coleslaw (2 sandwiches):
  • 30g Red cabbage, finely grated
  • 30g Carrot finely, grated
  • 10g Sultanas, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Salad cream
  • 1 tsp Mango chutney
  • ¼ tsp Curry powder (optional)
