Parsnip Fritter

Method
step 1
In a bowl, mix the parsnips, ProZero, Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix, egg replacer, butter, coriander, and seasoning.

Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the oil.

Divide the mixture into 3 and form patty shapes.
step 4
Place the patties into the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
