Onion Bhaji
- RECIPE MAKES: 4 bhajis
- COOK TIME: 25 minutes
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat a deep fat fryer as per manufacturer’s instructions to 180˚C.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine.
Step 3
Divide mixture into 4 balls.
Step 4
Fry balls for 10 minutes turning regularly, with a slotted spoon.
Step 5
Remove from the fryer using a slotted spoon and place on kitchen roll to drain off excess oil.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with mango chutney

- 1 tsp Garlic clove, crushed
- 100g Fate low protein all-purpose mix
- 25ml ProZero
