One Pot Pasta

Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large frying pan before adding the onions and garlic, stir-fry on a medium to high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the peppers, courgettes and beans to the onions and garlic, stir-fry for a further 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the water, pasta sauce, oregano and chilli flakes if using, mix well, before adding the Mevalia Fusilli. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Stir the mixture regularly to stop it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
To finish, season to taste and sprinkle with herbs of your choice.

- ½ Red onion, diced
- 1 Garlic clove, crushed
- ½ Red pepper, sliced
- ½ Green pepper, sliced
- -½ Small courgette, sliced
- Green beans cut into 3
- 300 ml Water
- 150 ml Tomato pasta sauce
- ½ tsp Dried oregano
- ½ tsp Crushed chilli flakes (optional)
- 160 g Mevalia Fusilli
- Chopped fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
- Salt & pepper
