Mushroom Shawarma

Method
step 1
Preheat the grill to high.

Place all the ingredients in a sandwich bag and mix by squishing them around the bag.

Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
step 4
Thread the mushrooms and onions onto a metal skewer and place on a baking tray.
step 5
Grill for 15 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from the grill and slice down the skewer to serve.

- 1 Red onion, peeled and cut into 1cm circles
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Allspice powder
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
