Mango Sorbet

Method

Place the sugar and water to a saucepan, over a medium heat and boil for 10 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has become a thick syrup.

Add the mango to the syrup and mix together.
step 3
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
