Mango and Passionfruit Crumble

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Step 2

Divide the passionfruit flesh and the mango between the ramekins.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix together the Fate, butter and sugar with your fingertips until it reaches a breadcrumb consistency.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture on top of the fruit and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

  • 150g Tinned mango in syrup
  • 2 Passion fruits, halved and flesh scooped out (40g = 1 exchange)
  • 70g Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix
  • 30g Butter
  • 30g Brown sugar
