Hot Choc Stirrers

  • RECIPE MAKES: 8 Stirrers
  • PREP TIME: 15 minutes (+1 hour chilling time)

Using the spray oil, spray a thin layer of oil on the inside of the ice cube tray.

Add the Vitabite chunks and choc buttons into a heatproof bowl. Melt by placing bowl over simmering boiling water, stirring occasionally or melt in the microwave on a low heat.

Once the Vitabite and choc buttons are melted, fold in the marshmallows and orange extract.

Carefully pour the melted Vitabite mixture into the ice cube tray.

Put a wooden spoon in the middle of each section of the ice cube tray and sprinkle on your chosen decorations.

Place in the fridge to cool for one hour or until set hard.

Heat the ProZero in a pan or in the microwave, then stir in the hot choc stirrer.

  • Spray oil
  • 7 x 25g bars of Vitabite, broken into chunks
  • 25g Sainsbury's Deliciously Free From White Choc Buttons
  • 20g Freedom Mallows Vegetarian Mini Pink & White Vanilla Marshmallows
  • 2 drops of orange extract (optional)
  • 250ml ProZero
  • Permitted decorations such as Christmassy coloured hundreds and thousands, freeze dried strawberries.
  • You will need: An ice cube tray and 8 wooden spoons
