Step 1

In a saucepan over a medium heat, boil the carrots in the ProZero until 3/4 of the moisture has evaporated.

Step 2

Add the butter, sugar and cardamom and cook for a further 10 minutes or until most of the liquid is gone.

Step 3

Add the raisins and stir through.

  • 50g Raisins
