Guacamole Graveyard
- RECIPE MAKES: 4 portions as a snack or 2 as a main
- PREP TIME: 20 minutes
- COOK TIME: 6 minutes
Method
step 1
Place the warm water, psyllium husk, garlic purée and tomato purée in a bowl, mix well and leave to stand for 5 minutes, until thickened.

Add the wet mixture to the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and baking powder in a separate bowl and knead until a dough ball has formed.

Separate the dough into 3 balls, using a rolling pin roll flat to ½ cm thickness.

Using a knife, cut out 2 gravestone shapes out of each portion of dough.

Place a dry pan over a medium heat and dry fry the gravestones for 2 minutes on each side and remove from the pan

Mash the avocados and mix with the garlic and red chili.
step 7
Add the avocado mixture into a bowl and top with the lettuce.
step 8
Season to taste.

Insert the gravestones into the mixture and serve.
Ingredients
- For the tombstones:
- 80ml Warm water
- 3g Psyllium husk
- ½ tsp Garlic purée
- ½ tsp Tomato purée
- 110g Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- For the graveyard:
- 4 Large avocados, halved and peeled
- 1 tsp Garlic purée
- ½ Red chilli, chopped
- 1 Baby gem lettuce, chopped
- Season to taste
