Griddled Vegetables

These Griddled Vegetables are the perfect accompaniment to a low protein barbeque. If you don’t like avocado or cabbage, you can use any permitted vegetables. This recipe is exchange free and ideal for those following a low protein diet.

Step 1

Cook the avocado and white cabbage on a dry griddle pan or a barbeque for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 2

Brush with the Honey and Mustard Dressing and serve.

  • 1 Avocado, destoned, halved and peeled
  • ½ White cabbage, halved
  • 2 tbsp of Hellman’s Honey and Mustard Dressing
