Garlic Bread

Method
Preparation for the plain garlic bread
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas mark 6.
Mix the garlic, butter and oregano into a smooth paste and spread on each piece of Mevalia Ciabattine.
Season and bake for 6-8 minutes, serve immediately.
Preparation for cheesy garlic bread
Mix the butter, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley into a smooth paste and evenly spread on each piece of Mevalia Ciabattine.
Season and bake for 6-8 minutes, serve immediately.
Preparation for spicy garlic bread
Mix the butter and garlic, into a smooth paste and evenly spread on each piece of Mevalia Ciabattine, top with the tomato passata, chilli flakes, and oregano.
Season and bake for 6-8 minutes, serve immediately.

- 2 Mevalia Ciabattine bread rolls sliced ⅔ through
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 100g butter
- 1tsp dried oregano
- For the cheesy garlic bread
- 2 Mevalia Ciabattine bread rolls cut into 3 lengthways
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 50g butter
- 50g Violife cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- For the spicy garlic bread
- 2 Mevalia Ciabattine bread rolls sliced ⅔ through
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 25g butter
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 6 tbsp tomato passata
