Easy Tomato Sauce

Step 1

In a saucepan, place the olive oil, tomatoes, basil and garlic and cook over a high heat for 10 minutes.

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 200g Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Bunch of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
