Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Make up the Fate low protein chocolate flavour cake mix following the instructions on the packet.
Divide the mixture equally between the cupcake cases.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Divided the butter cream in to 2 bowls add in 2 to 3 drops food colourings in to bowl and mix well.
Place ½ the Butter cream into piping bag.
Divided the rest of the buttercream between the 4 of cupcakes and spread thin lay over the top. Repeat the process with other Buttercream on the top of 4 cupcakes.
Take the piping and pipe 2cm collar around the side each cupcake.
Take the cupcake and dip into the cake sprinkles, the rim of cupcake should be comply covered in cake sprinkles.
Add the Jelly beans to the middle of your cupcake.
You will need 2 Piping bag and piping nozzle.
