                  Dipped Fruit
- COOK TIME: 5 minutes
              Method
            
            
          Step 1
                  
        Melt the butter, then carefully add the Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite (make sure that you reduce the heat, otherwise the chocolate will burn and become brittle). Stir until smooth.
          Step 2
                  
        Divide the banana into 3 equal parts and place onto lollipop sticks.
          Step 3
                  
        Coat completely with chocolate.
          Step 4
                  
        Dip the apple rings into the chocolate mixture and thread onto a skewer.
          Step 5
                  
        Balance hanging over the pot of chocolate and leave to dry.
          Step 6
                  
        This means that the chocolate mixture that drips off can be collected and used again.
          Step 7
                  
        After drying, keep cool.
USEFUL TIPS
Both the banana pieces and apple rings can be decorated as you wish with sugar sprinkles, desiccated coconut or a biscuit crumb.
