Curry Sauce

Method
Step 1
Put the ProZero , butter and cornflour into a saucepan.
Step 2
Place over a gentle heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon or balloon whisk, until it simmers for a few seconds. The sauce will be smooth and thickened.
Step 3
Add the vegetable stock cube and curry powder. Simmer for about 30 seconds
Step 4
Stir until the curry powder is dissolved.
Step 5
Use and serve as required.
Serving Suggestion:
Great as a dip for our Mini Crackers.
Top Tip:
Add chili powder or fresh chilies to taste if you prefer a spicy kick!
