Curried Mashed Parsnips

Method
step 1
Boil the parsnips in a pan of boiling water. Cook for about 20 minutes until soft.

Drain and add the butter, curry powder and turmeric powder.

Mash until smooth, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
