
Creamy Mushroom Pasta

- PREP TIME: 15 minutes
- COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Place the butter into a pan over a medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Add the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and stir well.
Slowly add the ProZero, 10ml at a time stirring well.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Add the Violife creamy and Violife mozzarella and stir through for 5 minutes or until melted.
Add the Mevalia fusilli to the pan and stir to coat.
Serve with low protein garlic bread or permitted vegetables.
