Creamy Mushroom Pasta

step 1

Place the butter into a pan over a medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

Add the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and stir well.

Slowly add the ProZero, 10ml at a time stirring well.

Season with the salt and pepper.

Add the Violife creamy and Violife mozzarella and stir through for 5 minutes or until melted.

Add the low protein pasta to the pan and stir to coat. 

Serve with low protein garlic bread or permitted vegetables.

  • 80ml Vegetable stock
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 50g Violife creamy original
  • 100g Violife mozzarella for pizza, grated
  • 200g Mevalia fusilli, cooked according to packet instructions
