Colcannon

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion

Step 1

In separate saucepans, boil the sweet potato for 15 minutes and the cabbage for 5 minutes or until soft.

Step 2

Drain the excess water from the pans.

Step 3

Add the butter and ProZero to the sweet potato and mash until smooth.

Step 4

Mix the cabbage into the mash and serve.

  • 150g Sweet potato, peeled and diced into 2cm cubes
  • 75g Cabbage, sliced
  • 10g Butter
  • 25ml ProZero
  • Season to taste
