                  Chocolate & Strawberry Truffles
- RECIPE MAKES: 10 to 12 truffles
 - PREP TIME: 5 minutes
 - COOK TIME: 15 minutes
 
              Method
            
            
          Step 1
                  
        Break the MEVALIA chocotino/ Vitabite into small pieces and place into a glass bowl.
          Step 2
                  
        Sit the glass bowl over a pan of water and slowly bring to a gentle simmer.
          Step 3
                  
        As soon as the chocolate has melted, stir and remove from the heat.
          Step 4
                  
        In a bowl, crumble the Mevalia LP Fruit Bars into a fine crumb.
          Step 5
                  
        Pour over the melted chocolate and stir well until it is fully combined.
          Step 6
                  
        With your hands shape even sized balls, then roll in the finely grated Mevalia chocotino/ Vitabite.
Hint
The truffles are best kept out of the fridge and stored in a cool dark place, consume within 2 weeks.

        - 100g Chocotino/Vitabite, for melting
 - 4 pieces Mevalia LP Fruit Bars
 - 25g Chocotino/Vitabite, finely grated
