Chocolate Salami

Method
Step 1
Crumble the Mevalia Frollini, and add the icing sugar.
Step 2
Melt the Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite and the butter slowly in a bain-marie and mix with the crumbled biscuit mixture.
Step 3
Add the water to make the mixture a bit more liquid.
Step 4
Lay the mixture on baking paper and make it into a sausage shape.
Step 5
Leave to set for about 3 hours in the fridge.
USEFUL TIPS
Place the chocolate salami in the freezer if you want to accelerate the setting time.

- 200g Mevalia Frollini
- 200g Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite
- 80g butter
- 20g icing sugar
- 30ml water
