                  'Chocolate' Frosting
- RECIPE MAKES: Enough to ice 15 cupcakes or 1 large cake
 - COOK TIME: 20 minutes
 
              Method
            
            
          Step 1
                  
        Melt the Vitabite in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water and set aside to cool.
          Step 2
                  
        Beat the butter in a large bowl until soft. Add the icing sugar and beat until smooth.
          Step 3
                  
        Fold the cooled, melted Vitabite into the butter and icing sugar mixture until combined.
          Step 4
                  
        If the mixture is too thick, stir in a small amount of ProZero.
Serving Suggestion:
Spread on top of a low protein cake or cupcake!
ProZero and Vitabite are foods for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision.

        - 7x25g Vitabite
 - 80g Butter, at room temperature
 - 200g Icing sugar
 - 20ml ProZero (to loosen)
