Chocolate Cream
- RECIPE MAKES: Makes approx. 100g

Method
Step 1
Melt the MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite slowly in a bain-marie.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche with the sugar and rum (or essence with water) until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in the melted chocolate and beat together.
USEFUL TIPS
Can be frozen.
Coat silicone chocolate moulds and freeze, for use later
as cake decorations.
Use as a pancake filling.
Use for cake fillings.
Use as a chocolate spread.
Add small pieces of fruit or fruit essences for a different flavour.
Use as the bottom layer in a trifle.
Ingredients
- 100g crème fraîche, 30% fat
- 15g sugar
- 1 tsp rum (or flavouring)
- 100g Mevalia Chocotino/ Vitabite
