                  Celeriac Hash Browns

              Method
            
            
          Step 1
                  
        Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/220°C/Gas mark 7.
          Step 2
                  
        Mix the celeriac, onion and salt together in a bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
          Step 3
                  
        Transfer onto a clean tea towel and squeeze out the excess water.
          Step 4 
                  
        Place the cutter on a lined baking tray and fill with a quarter of the mixture and then remove the cutter. Repeat 4 times.
          Step 5
                  
        Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

        - 300g Celeriac, peeled and grated
- 1 Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Salt
