Carrot, Cucumber and Pepper Trees

  • RECIPE MAKES: 3 trees
  • COOK TIME: 40 minutes
Step 1

Spear a carrot chunk to the bottom of each skewer.

Step 2

Using the speed peeler, peel thin, long strips off the cucumber.

Step 3

Gently gather the cucumber strips to form ruffles, and thread onto the skewers to resemble a tree.

Step 4

Cut 3 small star shapes out of the pepper and skewer these on top of the tree.

  • 1 Carrot, cut into 3 x 3cm chunks
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 Yellow pepper
