Carrot and Sweet Potato Bake

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/200°C/Gas mark 6.

Boil the carrots and sweet potatoes in a pan of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes until soft.

Drain, add the butter and mash the carrots and sweet potato together.
step 4
Transfer into a casserole dish and add the crushed Mini Crackers on top.
step 5
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.
