Carrot and Parsnip Rosti

Method
step 1
In a large bowl mix the carrots, parsnips, cumin, coriander, Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and ProZero.

Pour the oil into a small pan over a medium heat and add half your mixture to form a thin circle.
step 3
Fry for 5-10 minutes on each side or until golden.
step 4
Repeat with the remaining mixture.

- 30ml ProZero
