Bruschetta

Method
Step 1
Add the cherry tomatoes, basil, red onion, garlic purée, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2
Top the toast with the tomato mixture and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve as a starter before a delicious pasta dish.
Top Tip:
Add some chili to the tomato mixture for spicy kick!

- ½ Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic purée
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Juice of ½ a lemon

- 4 Mevalia Ciabattine, halved and toasted
