Melt the Vitabite in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Spoon 1 tbsp of melted Vitabite on an oven tray lined with baking paper and shape into a circle.
Lay the lollipop stick in the centre of the circle and spoon another tsp of Vitabite on top of the stick, repeat to make 4 lollipops.
Place the banana halves either side of the lollipop stick and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
Meanwhile make the ProZero extra thick double ‘cream’.
Once the lollipops have set, spoon 1 tbsp of ProZero extra thick double ‘cream’ in the middle of each of the banana halves and add a cherry in the centre.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of Sainsbury’s butterscotch pieces onto each lolly and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Serving suggestion: Decorate with permitted toppings of your choice!
