Banana Fritters

  • RECIPE MAKES: 10 fritters
  • COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Step 1

Heat deep fat fryer as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2

To make the batter; add the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix, ProZero, sugar, vanilla essence and baking powder to a bowl and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Coat the bananas with the batter and using a slotted spoon place in the deep fat fryer and fry until golden.

Step 4

Carefully remove using the slotted spoon and place on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with golden syrup for a sweet kick!

  • 90g Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix
  • 150ml ProZero
  • 25g Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Bananas, peeled and chopped into 2cm chunks
