Aubergine Sticks

Method
step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/200°C/gas mark 6.

Place all the ingredients in a sandwich bag and mix by squishing it all around.

Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 tbsp Oil
