                  5 Ingredients or Less: Roast Tomato Soup
- RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion
- PREP TIME: 10 minutes
- COOK TIME: 25 minutes
              Method
            
            - Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C fan/gas mark 6.
- Place the tomatoes, garlic and onion onto an oven tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes soften.
- Transfer to a pan over a medium heat and add the vegetable stock and basil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and blend.
- Season to taste.
