Step 1
Pre-heat oven to gas mark 6/200˚C/ 180˚C fan.
Step 2
Place sweet potato on a baking tray, bake for 40 minutes, until soft.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix Violife creamy orginal and spring onion/chives together in bowl.
Step 4
Once the sweet potato is cooked, cut the top of the potato into quarters.
Step 5
Top potato with Violife creamy ‘cheese’ and onion/chive mixture.
