‘Creamy’ Mushrooms on Toast

Step 1

Toast low protein bread and spread the top with 1/3 of the Violife creamy.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the mushrooms and spring onions and cook until soft.

Step 3

Add ProZero and the remaining Violife creamy to the mushrooms and spring onions and heat through.

Step 4

To serve place the mix on top of the toast.

Top tip:

Finely slice red pepper and place on top to finish.
