In the recipe section, you will find ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, all of which are portion controlled and contain a set number of calories. They are specifically designed to help support weight management in adults with PKU.
You should consult your dietitian before beginning to use these recipes. Your dietitian will be able to give you a target calorie and exchange intake for you to aim for each day which can be recorded in your meal planner.

PORTIONS
To help support weight management, each recipe has been designed to be portion controlled and contain approximately 350 calories or less per portion. You can increase the number of calories and / or exchanges in each recipe by increasing the portion size.
