Fruit Pops

  • RECIPE MAKES: 6 Ice Lollies
  • PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
  • COOK TIME: 2 - 3 Hours (Freeze Time)
Step 1

Blend puréed mango and ProZero together until smooth. 

Step 2

Divide mixture between the 6 ice lolly moulds.

Step 3

Place plastic ice lolly sticks in the middle of each lolly mixture. 

Step 4

Place in freezer for 2-3 hours or until frozen. 

This recipe is freezable!

 

ProZero is a food for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision. This recipe has been specifically designed for a low protein diet. Refer to labels for allergen and other product information. 

 

An Ice Lolly mould will be needed!

Top Tip:

You can use any permitted fruit, but if using a fruit with seeds make sure you sieve to remove them. 

  • 240g Mango, fresh or tinned, puréed
  • 240ml ProZero
