Preheat oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
Add Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and butter into a bowl and rub together until it resembles a fine breadcrumb texture.
Add cold water and gently mix with hands into a pastry ball.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Divide pastry into 6 pieces.
Lightly dust the work surface with Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix.
Roll pastry pieces out into evenly sized circles.
Line bun holes with pastry pieces making sure you press into the sides of the tin.
Add butter, spring onions and courgette into a pan. Cook over a low heat until soft (do not fry).
Allow to cool for 2 minutes then fold in Violife.
Divide mixture between the pastry cases.
Bake for 20 minutes.
