Leeky Cheesie Pasta Bake

  • RECIPE MAKES: 12 Ice Cubes

  • COOK TIME: 20 Minutes
Step 1

Cook pasta slightly longer than packet instructions, so it is a softer texture and drain. 

Step 2

Meanwhile, place butter in saucepan and heat. Add mushrooms, courgette, leeks and garlic and cook for 8 minutes or until leeks are soft.

Step 3

Add water and ProZero to vegetables and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, until reduced. 

Step 4

Once vegetables are cooked, stir in Violife. 

Step 5

Add in cooked pasta, and mash with a fork until almost smooth.

  • 30g Low protein spaghetti or anellini, over-cooked
  • 15g Butter
  • 30g Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 80g Courgette, grated
  • 20g Leeks, finely chopped
  • ½ Clove of garlic, crushed
  • 20ml Water
  • 40ml ProZero
  • 30g Violife Creamy Original
