                  So Simple Summer Fruit Crumble

          Step 1
                  
        Preheat oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
          Step 2
                  
        Place butter, brown sugar and Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix in a large bowl. Rub together with your fingertips until it resembles a fine breadcrumb texture.
          Step 3
                  
        Divide raspberries and blueberries into an oven proof dish (8inch x 8inch) and cover with crumble mixture.
          Step 4
                  
        Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
