Winter Vegetables

  • RECIPE MAKES: 10 Ice Cubes

  • COOK TIME: 10 - 15 Minutes
Step 1

Steam vegetables for 10-15 minutes, until soft.

Step 2

Place cooked vegetables in blender with 40ml of water and blend until smooth.

  • 50g Turnip, peeled & diced
  • 50g Parsnip, peeled & diced
  • 50g Butternut squash, peeled, de-seeded & diced
  • 40ml Water
