Winter Vegetables

Method
Step 1
Steam vegetables for 10-15 minutes, until soft.
Step 2
Place cooked vegetables in blender with 40ml of water and blend until smooth.

- 50g Turnip, peeled & diced
- 50g Parsnip, peeled & diced
- 50g Butternut squash, peeled, de-seeded & diced
- 40ml Water
