Root Vegetable Trio

  • RECIPE MAKES: 9 Ice Cubes
  • PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
  • COOK TIME: 10 - 15 Minutes
Step 1

Steam vegetables for 10-15 minutes, until soft.

Step 2

Place cooked vegetables in blender, with 30ml water.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

  • 50g Carrot, peeled & diced
  • 50g Butternut squash, peeled, de-seeded & diced
  • 30ml Water
